I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt I had to after using Befitting for the first time. I was of course, very hesitant to order glasses online but Davis Vision recommended Befitting so I created an account, looking for a pair of prescription sunglasses. The website is very well made and easy to order from. After finding my pair, I placed the order using my insurance and couldn’t believe how much cheaper it was then my usual brick and mortar shop. (Like, half price cheaper!) I uploaded a picture of my prescription and made sure to add the PD measurement as requested. Done. Easy peasy.The next morning, I received an email from Jillian at Befitting letting me know that they received my order but, due to the thickness of my lenses, she didn’t recommend that specific pair. (-7.50 so I’m a bit blind) Jillian also left several links of similar frames that she felt would work better with my prescription, ensuring the lenses would fit well and that I would be happy with them. Just absolutely amazing customer service from Jillian! The amount of care she showed me doesn’t happen anymore. After choosing one of the 3 alternate pairs, the Befitting team emailed me back and upgraded my delivery to Next Day at no charge. They also refunded me an additional $20 due to the delay with submitting the order! I didn’t ask for that and definitely wasn’t expecting it. The whole process was refreshing and the customer service so outstanding, I had my wife also order a pair as well, just to be sure. Her glasses were also less than half the price of our usual brick and mortar for the exact same pair and are absolutely perfect in every way. She was also surprised at the amazing customer service she received. We will now ALWAYS, purchase our glasses with Befitting. Kudos to the entire team! We just don’t find this level of service, care and professionalism shopping online anymore. Not to mention, the prices are SO much cheaper than shopping in-store, shipping was super fast and the quality and selection of frames is outstanding. You have customers for life.
