Fraudulent activity! I was given a false tracking number and have not received any response at all. My package, which I initially thought was legitimate, remained stagnant for over a month. During this time, I reached out multiple times via call and email without any reply. After a month, I finally got an update, only to learn that the tracking number belonged to someone else, at a different address, and from another seller—this was confirmed by an investigation with the postal service. I still haven't heard back regarding any attempts to rectify this situation. I would not recommend this service to anyone!
