Had an awful experience at the restaurant in Renfrew, sent an email to their customer services that night after our visit and after 1 week eventually got a reply from Ivy who is the Regional manager offering me a refund. 3 weeks on I am awaiting my refund and still not had any reply back from her after 7 emails and 6 calls to different restaurants to track her down and left messages.Very unprofessional company and poor food standards and communication.Thanks Julie
