the front of house man was very rude, giving me daggers and funny looks (throughout the whole stay) he referred to me, pointing at me, saying to my family "doses she want to stay in her high chair?" (im disabled, im in a wheelchair) i can also speak as i already said hello to him. so for this to be done is highly insulting very offensive and very rude. he then later almost knocked over my elderly disabled parent, and not once has he apologised to any of us. he ruined my day out. he is by far not a people person and should not be front of housei have contacted the restaurant in question to complain via email. but i have not had a reply, not even an acknowledgement email.just to point out that many people i know have told me the same things have happened to them, or their disabled families, and he is just as rude to young kids.i used to like going to this restaurant, im not sure if i will ever go back now, thanks to him.
