It’s quite astonishing how many negative reviews have been provided to this app and management obviously does not care?! The app is a complete failure, the app developer should be fired and sued for developing and launching such a mediocre solution. Unfortunately, the company’s Board and management carry overall responsibility for the business. Since this situation and complaints have been persistent for quite some time, and no improvements are evident, the whole Board should be released of their duties.
