I wish I could give this bad company less than the allowed 1. This company is so bad there agents will make it clear that you are not going to be assisted. They shouldn't even bother to record calls or it is my opinion that they don't actually record. I called the service desk and I emailed with no response. I wil be posting the incident on all platforms.
