My elderly mother in law is having a problem with her cooker which is only 2 years old. She has made several attempts to contact customer service, being left on hold for 30/45 minutes with no one answering the phone. There is no other way to contact Beko to look for assistance other than a phone number that is never answered. We have gone to the where the cooker was purchased and they had advised her to contact Beko. Unsure what else to do now
