I would give no stars or minus stars if possible. Appalling customer service and very disappointed in the cooker I purchased last year. In good faith I took out appliance insurance and on being promoted and encouraged by Beko staff I extended the insurance to 24 months. A few weeks ago the inner glass door from the main oven shattered in my son’s hands when he was inserting it back into place. He was very lucky he wasn’t injured. Initially Beko customer service couldn’t find our file even though we have been paying an insurance premium to them for last 14 months. Eventually after hours of phone calls and being passed back and forth between the uk and Ireland they found the file. However after wasting in excess of 3 hours of my husband’s time they admitted we were indeed insured for replacement of the glass but said we would have to order and pay for it ourselves before they would reimburse us! We decided to just suck it up lose the insurance premium we had already paid and go ahead and pay for replacement ourselves. Only one problem Beko could not supply the part! Eventually I had to order it on eBay. I would never purchase from this company again nor would I recommend anyone else to do so.
