Would give zero stars if I could. My washing machine is under warranty and it has now been 3 weeks of trying to get it fixed.Beko have the absolute worst service I have dealt with, if you’re not put on hold for 40 minutes, they cut you off, promise to call you back and never do. The most useless customer service. We have had an engineer booked to come out 3 times and no one showed. Never known anything like it absolutely shocking!
