Avoid at all Costs. Washer/Dryer broke down and well within warranty. Every time I call, they put me on hold to call the engineer, and this call goes to voicemail. I was promised a call back from the escalation team and it never happened. Called again and advisor said they can't transfer me through to escalation team, but would remind them when they see them on the floor.The washer/dryer is within warranty and there is effort to repair or replace the machine. The Beko warranty is worthless. I'll never purchase a product from this manufacturer again.
