4 hours of my life totally wasted - trying to arrange an engineer to come look at my washing machine (which is well within warranty)Customer service agents with very broken English - no access to any systems to verify warranty - being passed from pillar to post, and gotta try all over again tomorrow..I feel like banging my head off a pebble dashed wall!BEKO - please sort out your customer service!!
