I bought a Beko washing machine 14 months ago and it has broken down 4 times. When I 1st bought one it was faulty and had to bring it back to the shop and now the current one been nothing but trouble. The frame of the door came off. The filter on the machine are not easy to access and even thou it was under warranty I was charged €90 for a call out as the engineer had to take the washing machine apart to access the filter. On my previous machines I was able to access the filter to unblock it, I am absolutely frustrated and this stage and been send in circles when I requested a refund, do not buy !!!
