Trying to contact the Irish customer service team is a nightmare. I kept getting put through to U.K. team. Then after taking my details and Eicode they gave contact details for U.K. repair companies. When I finally got an Irish number , they no longer do work for Beko. I have the 10 year parts warranty and you must use one of their recommended repair companies. The problem is you can’t get one.
