I’ve had a very poor experience with customer service. They haven’t provided any clear information and have not been responding to my messages.
I subscribed to Netflix, completed the payment, and initially received the service. However, less than 10 days later, my subscription suddenly stopped. When I contacted support, I was told the issue would be resolved within 5 to 10 days.
I have tried multiple times to follow up and get updates, but no one has responded to me. Today marks the tenth day, and my service has still not been restored. No one has reached out to me either.
I am extremely frustrated and feel like I may have been scammed.
