SCAM COMPANY – Avoid at all costsI placed an order with this company (Order #79360) and received nothing but false assurances and silence. Despite repeated follow-ups, emails, and promises that the issue would be taken up with the courier, the product was never delivered. No tracking updates, no delivery confirmation, nothing.What makes this worse is that they continued charging my card even after failing to deliver the items and after multiple emails requesting cancellation and resolution. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to take money without providing any service or product.I have sent several emails (including follow-ups on 30 December 2025 and 12 January 2026), all of which were ignored after initial responses. The company shows zero accountability, zero customer service, and zero intention to resolve issues.Based on my experience, this company operates like a scam — taking money, not delivering products, and avoiding customers once payment is taken.Do not trust them.
