The Belbin Team Role training was excellent. I have done the assessment a few times in the past but this training went in depth to enable me to give individual feedback and run workshops effectively. I learnt so much more and was excited to give my first individual feedback and lead my first workshop with confidence and resulting in positive feedback from participants.
