We chose this firm because of a competitive quote and lots of promises. Now we have a building that is not compliant for fire regulations, broken lifts that takes weeks or months to fix and staff that do what they want. We now pay double for management compared to other blocks. CEO - Alan Gregory gives terrible advice and has no qualifications in property management. Absolutely hopeless. Avoid at all costs.
