Belgarum property management took money from our service charge, they kept increasing prices and not doing the jobs that are legal required and the necessary ones that we paid for.Finally last year our building managed to get the right to manage and we are saving a lot of money, we could save more but we are now paying for things that BPM should have done and didn't.
