After a representative reviewed them, I was confused by the comments made about my scalp. Upon mentioning my use of chemical relaxers, I was told they couldn’t assist me due to potential damage to my follicles. Feeling defeated, I ended the call. Fortunately, I found a similar service nearby, and they were shocked by my initial experience, emphasizing the importance of proper examinations over photo diagnoses. I felt uplifted by their support. Be wary of the glowing reviews; if you don't fit their criteria, you may be dismissed unfairly. The service I’m currently with has been fantastic, and I'm already seeing regrowth in the previously affected area. Had I followed the initial advice, I would have missed out on this positive change. I wouldn’t recommend that service to anyone.
