Terrible customer service! I purchased a sofa 4.5-5 months ago, and the bed part started shifting whenever we sat on it, producing various noises. I emailed about the issues, and they requested a video. After that, they said they would refer it to the technical team and supplier. After a few weeks, they claimed they couldn't find a solution and closed my case? I inquired about the '365-day return' policy, and they said it only applies if the sofa is kept in the box. Unbelievable! I asked if they could replace the sofa, but they said no. I'm at a loss with this faulty sofa. NEVER AGAIN.
