I was blessed to experience Isabelle's divine cooking recently. I could eat her pumpkin pasta (generously covered with tofu scramble) every day for the rest of my life and never grow tired of it. I didn't think anything could top that dish until she brought out her nut butter balls: a taste of plant-based heaven. Isabelle masterfully crafts incredible dishes that are a delight to both the eye and palate. What a gifted chef!
