Before travelling, I tried many times to call the restaurant to confirm that Tesco Clubcard rewards were accepted every day. Each time I reached an automated answering system and could not speak to anyone.Because I couldnāt get through, I had to drive all the way there to check in person. When I arrived, a staff member told me this is not the first time customers have complained about the phone system and that sometimes the phone does not even ring in the restaurant.This was extremely inconvenient. Imagine bringing friends or family for a special occasion and only then discovering there might be an issue using the voucher.If I had known about these difficulties beforehand, I would never have converted my Tesco Clubcard rewards to Bella Italia. I hope the company fixes their communication system and provides clearer information for customers.Just sharing my experience so others can be aware before converting their points.
