The experience at this establishment was highly disappointing and can only be described as a complete rip-off. Upon arrival, patrons are misled by the presence of cards on every table that prominently advertise bottomless drinks. However, when the bill arrives, it is revealed that this offer is contingent upon explicitly requesting it, despite the misleading signage. This lack of transparency and the subsequent deception are unacceptable practices.Furthermore, the staff exhibited a complete lack of engagement and professionalism. Their attitude was indifferent, and when I approached them with a polite inquiry regarding the charges for the drinks, I was met with dismissive and rude behaviour. This lack of customer service is a significant detriment to the overall dining experience.In addition to the poor service, the quality of the food was subpar. The pizza was excessively greasy, and the meatballs contained undesirable grizzle, which detracted from the mealās enjoyment.Given these issues, I find it highly unlikely that I will return to this establishment.
