I went to Bella Italia in lakeside on Sunday. It was freezing in there. There as no heating and I told the waitress it was freezing but ignored me. Later on she was wearing a thick cardigan herself due to the cold. I was very sick and felt as though I got hypothermia. My stomach also reacted to the terrible food. The pizza was terribly stiff and thin. We kept our coats on because it was so cold in there. I have been very unwell due to cold in there and have a sore and fever since I left the restaurant from the extreme cold temperature in there. Itās a terrible place, cold atmosphere, awful food and the waitress was a miserable woman.
