We visited Bella Italia at Clifton Moor, York, we have visited many times over the years. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the fact that for the first time ever they refused to accept Tesco Clubcard vouchers. The manager showed no understanding or willingness to resolve the situation! Not only would we have not have spent so much but we wouldnāt even have booked if weād have known this- thereās nothing on my booking confirmation! I was prepared to overlook the uncooked/ partly frozen dessert, but now feel even more disappointed and with a large unexpected bill.
