I purchased a Ā£100.00 Bellaitalia gift card online on February 2nd to give to my son on his birthday I received an email thanking me and saying a gift card would be sent out! Unfortunately I did not receive the card and had completely forgotten I was meant to receive. On my sons birthday I just gave him the confirmation letter and due to covid he was unable to go to London as planned. The voucher was then put in a drawer until last week 28th October when my son went to London with family and attempted to pay with the confirmation email! He was told he had to have a gift card. I've contacted Bellaitalia gift card several times and they apologised and said I could have another gift card or refund I chose a refund but have now been told the gift card had been used so I cannot have a refund!!!
