Forgot her name but I went in for a 15 min free “appraisal” the employee barely acknowledged the coins that I have. She did not value them for the quality/history/errors. She did not seem very knowledgeable on coins. Just on the gold/silver/platinum pricing. I would not recommend taking a collection or estate to them. I’m glad I took the free appraisal promotion instead. Gives a good idea that they just want to buy instead of thoroughly help a collector.
