I sent a check so that I'd not have to come in. Then I had to come in and bring a check because there was a mess-up endorsing the first check. Then I didn't hear anything for a long time. Nobody contacted me proactive during this process. Not once.Terrible service. No transparency. Felt very shady and haphazard.
