Warning: Be cautious when dealing with Bellevue Rare Coins, especially the Lynnwood, WA location. Do not blindly trust them, particularly a middle-aged woman with glasses.I went to this place to buy a new coin. She asked me for the coin type and payment method, then informed me they only had 1992 coins. I said that was fine. She then set the coin aside and demanded my signature and payment, despite my repeated requests to see the coin first. She insisted, "Once you sign and pay, then you can see it."Reluctantly, I signed and paid. She handed me the receipt and the coin. When I inspected the coin through the cover, I noticed scratches. I asked her to open it for me, pointing out the scratches. She coldly replied, "It's your coin, do whatever you want with it." When I opened it, the coin indeed had scratches. I requested a different coin, but she refused, saying, "You touched it, so we will not do anything for you."I was shocked by how she manipulated the situation, using these tricks on customers. This is from a company that boasts 'Trust' and 'Best Customer Experience' on their website. I hope the trick she played on me wasn't because of my race. I trust the company hasn't trained them to act that way.Now I'm thinking about how horrible the selling experience must be here. I'm definitely not coming back here.
