Dealing with Bellevue Rare Coins was a great experience. We inherited a good amount of silver Boullion and coins and were unsure of how to cash them. We had heard advertisements on the radio about Bellevue Rare Coins and their longevity in the industry.We went to their branch in Lynnwood and their associate was patient, knowledgeable and kind in response to our inquiries.Bellevue Rare Coins is a great company and we would recommend them to anyone needing their expertise in this field.
I give them five stars for this visit. Because I walked in the door and went right up to the counter and was served. That doesn't always happen. I made an appointment for this visit but it wasn't needed. When I go there as a walk-in, the situation can be just the opposite. If there are several people sitting around waiting, I leave, my time is too valuable to wait. The wait can be very long if they are buying stuff from old people, every little trinket has to be looked at and discussed. Very time consuming. One other point, when there are several people sitting and waiting, it's up to the customers to figure out who is next to be served, there is no "take a number" system. It's nice that there are seats, but that fact does away with the line that keeps track of who is next to be served.
Bellevue Rare Coins was a perfect place to sell my coins. Raenee was extremely efficient, friendly, accommodating and so very helpful. This was my first time in there and I will for sure do business with them again. Excellent service!
I met with Kyle at the Issaquah location this morning for a verbal evaluation of some coins I had inherited. Kyle was friendly, professional, patient, and so helpful. He took his time to explain the entire process from start to finish. I walked away feeling empowered moving forward with the coins and happy at such a positive experience. I will definitely return to Bellevue Rare Coins in the future.
