Review Time
You need more help!! The first time I arrived without an appointment I waited about 30 minutes and then left because I realized I would have to wait at least another 30 minutes before I would be able to talk to someone and I couldn't wait that long. So, the next time I decided make an appointment for 1:00pm. When I showed up I thought I would be able to talk to someone shortly after I arrived but, no, I still had to wait at least another 30 minutes. Once I was able to talk to the person that helped me, everything was fine. The person I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable so I was able to conduct the business I had hoped to. I just didn't appreciate how long I had to wait because, frankly, my time is valuable!!
I came in with a very random assortment of items ranging from old tea spoons to some 1oz bullion coins. Kyle at the Issaquah location took his time and made me feel confident that he wasn't just spitting out an arbitrary number. I actually received an itemized receipt for our transaction so full transparency and you can't ask for more but they were also kind and courteous so all in all a great experience.
I made an appointment. That was a waste of time. There were too many people in the store - don't they know there is actually a pandemic? The offers on the pricing were really off (I was double checking). They fail to acknowledge the quality (restricting arbitrarily the quality to lower grades automatically lowers the price they want to offer). I don't want to go as far as saying they are scam artists but I would definitely not use them in the future. For your decision to have someone buy your artifacts - go to a dealer or an auction house.
