I ordered my watch on July 20. It took 5 days to create a shipment label and then nothing. No updates thereafter. My ordered watch has not even been delivered to the shipper, according to the tracking status. And yet, the Bellazza support states it will be delivered on time. It supposed to take a maximum of 8 days for processing and then a maximum of 18 days for the actual delivery. Am I supposed to feel assured that it will be delivered?
