If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is completely inept and unprofessional. What was supposed to be a 3-day kitchen fitting job has now dragged into 9 days and counting, with no sign of completion.They send a different team every day, none of whom seem to know what the last team did—or didn’t do. The second joiner team even commented on how terrible the previous work was: wrong measurements, uneven worktops, units in the wrong place, and nothing matching the scale or plan. That alone tells you everything about their lack of quality control.The tradesmen they send out are often extremely young and appear inexperienced, with no senior staff to guide them. I’ve had 17-year-old apprentices and workers barely older than 22 left in charge of jobs far beyond their experience. It’s not fair on them, and it certainly isn’t acceptable for customers who are paying for professional workmanship.On top of this, their carelessness is dangerous. Screws are regularly left scattered across the property, which is a serious hazard given I have dogs. I’m especially concerned about this because my neighbours sadly lost a dog to an infection caused by stepping on screws left behind by a previous company. You would think any professional business would take this kind of risk seriously—yet they continue with the same sloppy habits.The job has been so drawn out that even my neighbours have started complaining to me about how long it’s taking. They’re also left in the dark, with no notice of when the company will actually turn up. When workers are here, they make so much noise it disturbs everyone around, and they frequently swear loudly while working. The irony is that these same people once complained about a tongue-in-cheek note I had left on my front door about my football team being “shite” and “fcuk the manager and all the players” — yet they think it’s acceptable to shout and swear all day in front of neighbours.They also promised to protect my flooring, yet my hall carpet has been ruined because they failed to put anything down. Days often pass with no one showing up at all, and when they do, they either walk off mid-job or leave things half-done. Communication is non-existent—they don’t answer calls or texts, leaving customers completely in the dark.To make matters worse, I’ve been left without a washing machine for over a week, unable to clean my clothes because they can’t organize themselves properly. I’ve also had to take repeated time off work, losing wages, just to sit at home 24/7 on the off-chance they might show up and need access to the property—most of the time they don’t even come.As a council tenant, I can’t help but feel they are treating me with contempt. They seem to believe they’ll be paid regardless of the quality of their work, and that attitude shows through in their unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for tenants’ time, homes, and wellbeing.This company shows a shocking lack of respect for customers, neighbours, pets, time, and property.Avoid them at all costs. If you value your home, your pets, your time, and your sanity, look elsewhere.
