Bell Group are liars They were contracted by sanctuary housing to conduct some repairs in 2023 they said they completed full Repairs in flat they only did 20% and said to my landlord all is done. Sanctuary they found out that I was correct and instructed bell to come back in 2024 to do the repairs. They bodge the jobs instructed by the landlord and when they failed to attend they blamed it on me not giving access when I had a text from there manager saying the work man was ill that day.
