New kitchen fitted by Bell contractors on behalf of Longhurst housing, considering accreditations held by Bell and a their quality policy statement “It is the policy and a principal business objective of Bell Group UK to provide the highest quality of service to clients.”This has to be the worst workmanship I have ever seen for contractor with such a quality statement, every job done to the worst possible standards. Inspectors from Bell and Longhurst called to check the work, said they were not happy and got some of the issues sorted out, again to very poor standards, weeks later and still no contact to inspect again or complete any of the work that needs to be done. Considering Bell apparently hold NQA ISO9001 I wonder if NQA would like to see the pictures I have showing the quality of the work. Absolutely shocking. Just a few points. Plaster that could have been done better with bare hands than a trowel, sink not fitted into worktop with gaps around, tiles cut with gaps around electrical sockets, painter leaving gloss paint everywhere without cleaning up and signing work to say he worked until 4.00 when he was rushing to leave and finally left at 12.00, painting without any preparation whatsoever, plumber fitted pipe from dishwasher incorrectly causing water damage to the new sink unit (had to fix this myself as there was water everywhere) . I have never seen such a bunch of cowboys in my life, like it or not this is the truth.
