A few weeks ago I ordered a bracelet for my grandson’s graduation but when it arrived there was a scratch on the front. I contacted the company, got a prompt reply from Jay and this morning I received a new bracelet in perfect condition with lovely inscription beautifully engraved on it.Thanks for your help Jay!
