Intitially impressed by the quick response and turnaround when there was a spelling and text error in the item l bought.Jay got back to me within an hour when l had a query and a replacement was sent out quickly.And that's where it all went wrong.The replacement was identical to the original. Spelling mistake and text mistakes!On contacting Jay and customer services again I've now heard nothing for two days. Despite numerous emails.There's no contact phone number (which is a HUGE red flag). If I'd noticed that before l wouldn't have used Bellissima.All in all, not a good experience, and will have to get my bank to initiate a charge back.
