I purchased a belsee headunit with free shipping. Expected delivery time was 5-7 days. After 3 days I asked for a tracking number and i was informed that they wanted me to pay an additional $40USD for shipping which I declined.Rambo at Belsee stated that they would provide a refund, which they did not, and I was required to complete a chargeback on my credit card to recover the money.I would not recommend buying a Belsee unit as they are dishonest and untrustworthy. I have had no issues with buying from Eonon however
