I bought a phone with subscription through them thinking my phone would arrive the next day. They started asked for documents, I uploaded my ID, they asked for driving license, which I also uploaded, they kept asking more id, I also had to upload my passport.. (what on earth is the reason for all this? I never do this when I'm onsite) Not sure if they had an issue with format, or they really wanted the passport since the beginning but just fix your instructions and guidance. They are not clear at all.
Finally they accepted the documents but the order still says 'Vodafone is processing the subscription application'.. Are you kidding me? If you have a 3rd party in between, how can you even promise delivery for the next day?
Very bad user experience. I don't recommend it. + Now they have all my id copy. Does not worth, walk up to Vodafone itself and buy the phone there
