Bike is an amazing. My kids had been struggling with a heavy bike after having mastered a balance bike and was regressing. 10 minutes on this Belsize bike and she was cycling! Customer service was also prompt and efficient. I wrote in after I placed my order to try to correct a wrong address, they fixed it right away!
