Previously left a review with how happy I was with the service here and the surgery I had had, but I clearly left the review too early! I am now 8 weeks post surgery, and although I have been phoning for a follow up appt with the surgeon for the past two weeks, I have only just been called with Ann appt for more than two weeks away. Which makes my 6weeks post op appt, more than 10 weeks post op! This appt is very important as it will give me a chance to discuss any issues I have, and YES I DO HAVE ISSUES with the work that has been done. I have stressed to the receptionist that I am unhappy with how long I have to wait but there’s nothing she can do as it’s down to the surgeon!! This is ridiculous!!! This clinic were very happy to see me for a consultation, and also very happy to book my surgery and TAKE MY MONEY, but the follow up obviously isn’t that important as payment has already been made I guess!!! I cannot express my disappointment enough! This is not professional, it is not acceptable and certainly not a place I will recommend!!!!!
