Do not use this appalling clinic, they come across as caring & professional but are definitely not. They are quick enough to take your money though.Agreed to correct botched procedure free of charge, however when it comes to the day of surgery, they cancel with 4 hours notice. They state at least 24 hours notice will be given if they need to cancel, they do not give this but you would have to. When you then query this with Maureen Underwood, she does not want to listen and slams the phone down on you. Very unprofessional & uncaring clinic and unwilling to discuss anything with you. Then they want to rebook when it suits them and do not take into consideration if it is convienient to the patient. As a result of their unprofessional behaviour the procedure has not been corrected, although I would not now have it done by this clinic and in hindsight would have never have gone there in the beginning.
