Customer service is poor. They sent the wrong item and refused to give me a refund. i got one email a week if that. So the issue took over a month to get anywhere. they would only give me store credit or resend the pair i originally ordered. if i didnt want the item anymore and i would have to pay to return an item that was incorrectly sent with no refund for it, baring in mind consumer rights act 2015 means i am entitled to a refund if what i ordered wasnt what i received regardless if there’s a sale or not . Attitude via emails was not necessary and the quality is not great, very flimsy... Just everything about the company was poor, would never give them a penny again... as i can not reply their response, they were gifts and bought multiple in the sale at the same time i saw they were flimsy, so still AS I SAID.. FLIMSY.. so your clap back at an honest review again shows your company in all corners is just overall over rated and trash. Multiple people can not have the same opinion without there being truth to it regarding the quality and shoddy/rude customers service
