The service provided was utterly disappointing and has caused significant stress and financial loss for our business. Initially, we sought assistance only for SEO on our well-functioning website, aiming for better online visibility. We were advised that our site was inadequate for SEO and needed a complete overhaul, which we accepted. After months of waiting, the new site turned out to be a mere replica of our old one, less stable and with minimal keyword optimization. The issues escalated; the site frequently went down, losing vital content and images, which left customers unable to reach us. Despite our ongoing payments for SEO, there was no notable improvement in our search rankings. We faced missed meetings, ignored communications, and persistent downtime. We even conducted our own backend audits, only to be told to disregard them. A family friend helped with some optimizations, but soon after, the website was reverted to an earlier version, erasing all progress. We were wrongfully blamed for these issues, despite investing thousands. Hosting problems, including a virus that took our site down for weeks, were also mishandled. After two years of frustration, we switched to a new provider who achieved more in a week than this service did in two years. We are now seeking a refund and compensation for our losses. If this isn't resolved promptly, we will pursue legal action. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I hope others avoid the same fate.
