Avoid Avoid Avoid - shocking experience dealing with the bemunchie.Where do we start… Andrew, very good at selling what bemunchie offer and talked a big game. When things started going wrong, I received a call from Andrew informing me he would now take over and make sure everything going forward would run smoothly. Didn’t hear from Andrew ever again.It took them 3 months to design our new website. 3 months to create one page. Most the design actually came from us and not there design team. From the very start we informed bemunchie of the time frame due to our current hosting coming to end.With this in mind we were without a website for multiple days due to a number of technical reason. Yes, we agreed on the design (we didn’t have much choice due to the length of time they took to design our website)When we finally received the final draft (once we had paid in full) it’s was a total disaster. Bemunchie don’t take any responsibility for their mistakes. “They are the experts” well I can tell you they are NOT. Simple things were not done, and I don’t believe their technical capabilities are good enough.Due to this, we have lost business and have been financially affected by bemunchie and their incompetence to deliver a simple website.We have been left with no choice but to start the whole process again with another company due the shocking website provided by Bemuchie (our new website was completed within 9 days and completely hassle free)I also made a mistake by using bemunchie for our social media. Again, delayed by several weeks and when they finally provided us with their post designs a 5-year-old could have done a better job. Honestly, they were that bad.Finally gave up on the social media and requested a refund (which took several weeks to be returned after countless follow upsFinally, they offered us compensation and I was totally insulted by their offer considering we can't even use the website they provided and we had to start from scratch.We have been forced to instruct a solicitor as Bemunchie Online has cost our business thousands of pounds.Stevens Lettings Management...."Partnership fell short" what a load of absolute nonsense. You sold us your services and didn't deliver in a number of aspects.You clearly don't have high standards or any form of customer service. Your website design and social media lack any credibility in our opinion and down to technical issues on your side we lost thousands in pounds in revenue. The FACT still remains you left us without a website and access to all of our emails for several days due to total incompetence. After three months of headache's and loss of complete confidence in your company, we were left but with no other choice than to seek out alturnative companies and to just start a new website from scratch because dealing with your company and what you produced over that period was a complete disaster. Something basic of which you couldn't deliver in three months, we found a company to do in 9 days completely hassle free. You clearly made several mistakes and that's why you offered extra services for free and let's be honest here, even that was a nightmare with countless mistakes/spelling errors/duplications, etc. So much of our time was wasted and you have the audacity to blame us for your incapability. The lack of communication was very much on the side of bemunchie. You have no intention in compensating us with a reasonable amount of money for service you clearly couldn't deliver and the time wasted over that three month period
