It was great to connect with nature again after the long Winter and rainy days with a Forest bathing session. Overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience with Orlagh as our excellent guide.We finished up with some lovely home made honey, lemon and ginger tea compliments of Orlagh.Highly recommended!
