Extraordinary experience! My sibling and I flew in from Michigan and booked forest bathing with Beneath the Canopy to get a chance to relax and explore nature in Ireland. Orlagh was an amazing guide and provided helpful exercises to ease us into the relaxation process. We left feeling calm and grateful for the experience.
