I discovered this platform over a year ago, and it was great. Customer service was quick and resolved issues efficiently. However, during my last few cashouts, I received messages about 'unusual' activity on my account, instructing me to wait 24 hours and try again. I kept getting the same message every 24 hours. After one long month of back and forth, I finally managed to cash out. The last time I tried, it said all cashouts were 'paused' until December 3 due to site improvements. Imagine my surprise when I tried to cash out today, only to receive that same old message again! I submitted a support ticket, and the automated response says it could take 5-7 days for someone to reply. I’ve already waited 3 months to cash this out, and I need it! This is disappointing, as this platform was my favorite. I can’t recommend it under these circumstances. This behavior is not only unfair but also shady! I desperately need the $147 I rightfully earned and waited MONTHS to access. Please resolve this for me in a timely manner! I was really hoping all this waiting would restore the platform to its former state. To say I'm DEEPLY disappointed is an understatement! I don't want to stop using it.
