Description of complaint:I have been using Benjamin for 2 years now. InSeptember they said the app was under maintenanceand we would be told when we could cash out again.Since then I’ve made over $300 and the other day Iwas logged out of my account I tried every passwordI could have used still not working so I contactedcustomer service in an email. They said I violated their terms and conditions I readed the terms andconditions and I didn’t do anything wrong (they justdidn’t want to pay out). Unfortunately I didn’t get aphoto of my app before they locked my account. Thisapp is a scam they don’t even have a phone numberfor me to call.
