As most recent reviews note, they have prevented users from cashing out, supposedly through December. Support's response so far has been canned empathy instead of any payout or resolution. I have lost all faith in this provider who seems intent on keeping everything you've earned. Not a big deal for a few dollars, but if you have completed a significant offer that you now can no longer do elsewhere, like Chime, you've been burned. Stay away from this company. All of their responses seem to be AI automated or at least copy paste showing they don't even care enough to interact with the people they've stolen from. Avoid. Edit: you are fully aware of my problems cashing out because you've turned off the feature for everyone. Publicly claiming empathy does not constitute reconciliation for paying what is owed.
